What is included in each database package?
Each package includes the fields shown on its product page, currently website and business email, delivered in a structured CSV or XLSX file.
How recent is the data?
The current marketplace release was reviewed in May 2026. Every package page shows its latest verification date and verification method.
Can I preview a package before buying?
Yes. Use Preview Sample on any package to inspect masked sample rows, geographic distribution, unique-domain count, and quality details.
How are contacts verified?
Records are normalized and reviewed using syntax, domain, MX, and mailbox-level verification checks. Final files are checked for duplicate email addresses before delivery.
What happens if I find invalid contacts?
Send the affected rows and invoice ID within seven days. Eligible invalid or duplicate records are reviewed under our replacement policy.
How quickly will I receive the file?
Delivery is normally completed within one business day after the crypto payment is confirmed.
Can I choose only USA or only Canada?
Current packages cover USA and Canada. Contact support before ordering if you need a country-specific custom export.
Can I resell the data?
No. Packages are licensed for the buyer’s own business use and may not be resold or publicly redistributed.
What does Buy 3, Get 1 Free mean?
Every fourth package in the same order is priced at $0.00 automatically. The cart shows your progress before checkout.
What outreach rules should I follow?
Use accurate sender information, provide a clear opt-out, maintain suppression lists, and follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other rules that apply to your market.
